Subscription cancellations and refunds

This page covers YachtSpot subscriptions and digital promotional products. It does not cover payments between YachtSpot users for yachts, rentals, bookings, crew, or marine services. Online purchases are currently unavailable.
Cancel a subscription
Contact legal@yachtspot.me to request cancellation of an existing subscription. A scheduled cancellation normally stops future renewals at the end of the current billing period.
Request a refund
Contact legal@yachtspot.me with your purchase reference to request a refund or exercise an applicable withdrawal right. Canceling a renewal by itself does not refund an earlier charge. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
Product problems
If a paid YachtSpot feature is unavailable or materially different from its description, contact legal@yachtspot.me so we can investigate. Nothing here limits rights granted by applicable law.
